As the primary production process, we adopt eco-friendly melting furnaces and full-process energy-saving control system. Precise control on smelting parameter produces qualified aluminum billets with closed exhaust recycling, realizing low-carbon manufacturing and raw material quality control.

A closed-type fully automatic aging heat treatment furnace. The semi-finished products are placed in the furnace for constant temperature aging. Through temperature control, the internal microstructure of the profiles is optimized, enhancing the hardness, tensile strength and dimensional stability of the aluminum materials. This ensures that the finished products will not deform or crack easily over a long period of time from a physical performance perspective.

Equipped with the main 3150T large-scale extrusion machine + fully automatic roller conveyor line, the high-temperature aluminum rods are extruded under high pressure using custom molds. They undergo automated online transfer and cooling for production of window and door profiles, busbar profiles, and industrial special profiles.

Automatic vertical hanging production line completes full anodizing & electrophoresis process to enhance anti-corrosion and wear resistance for high-end aluminum products.

The high-precision hot rolling unit performs continuous roll pressing on the aluminum billets, precisely controlling the thickness and flatness of the plates. The finished aluminum sheets are exclusively used for cookware, lighting fixtures, and new energy aluminum round sheet products.

Equipped with a complete set of imported precision testing equipment: Vickers hardness tester, elemental spectrometer analyzer, universal tensile testing machine, covering the random inspection of raw aluminum billet composition, mechanical tests of semi-finished products, and full-item factory inspection of finished products.
